Question

Given the recent exoneration of Lynden Dorval (Hero of No-Zeros)and the Tribunal's finding that the no-zero policy does more harm than good, isn't it time to put to rest what has been the most destructive policy in Ontario education since the Robarts Plan?

says:

Dorval is no hero and he had the softest of soft no-zero policies. Grades are communication
not compensation and must be accurate measures of achievement only. Behaviours must be
reported separately from achievement and when inappropriate have consequences that are
clearly identified in each school's code of conduct.
