Question

I am struggling in my math class at the moment. My teacher's method is based on being
efficient and while she explains the concepts and provides examples i can't keep pace. I
feel pressure and, when confronted with pressure i crack. I think that i am capable enough
to pull my average up but- how? I know the common sense stuff like- practice, ask friends
but it doesn't seem to translate. Suggestions?
