Question

Hello, I received all a's and b's the first grading period. (A, b+,b+, b+, b) . But the second
grading period I received a b-, c, a, a-, b, and a b+. Will my parents make a big deal
about the c I recieved in the second gradin period or is it ok since in the first semester
they add to be all a's and b's? Looking forward to your response!

says:

I have no ideas how your parents will react but neither you nor your parents should make a
"big deal" about your grades. You - and your parents - should make a "big deal" about your
learning so what is important is that you have worked on whatever you got the C for and now
understand it or can do it better.
