Question

Hello Grade Doctor,

I'm the PowerSchool Manager for a charter school in Chicago. Recently we implemented standard skill based in our core course. Students are in cohorts and must take unit exams that are worth 70% of their grade in order to obtain credit. We are currently on semesters in PowerSchool, however we have 4 units in each semester. Students can be moved at any time to another cohort either higher or lower. What is the best way for their grade to follow them to their next class in PowerSchool? Also how can PowerSchool issue the correct amount of passed unit test credits at the end of the semester? I hope you can help me in this matter. I look forward to hearing from you.

LaToya, your questions are too technical and specific for me to be able to answer. You need
to direct them to the Pearson rep. for your area and they should be able to direct you to the
appropriate PowerSchool expert.
