Question

I am a principal in a middle school and we have implemented aspects of
grading for learning. We have seen more students not take
accountability for testing because they know they retake options. How
can we reverse this with kids?

Insist on correctives -and make them tough till the kids get the message. I also believe
there should be opportunity cost, i.e., not always at a convenient time for the student in
as far as they would rather be doing something else like socializing with their friends.
