Question

I was assigned a book to read over school vacation. I read the book from front to back. The
day I returned back to school we had a pop quiz on the book. It was a matching quiz, and
I answered 14 correctly and 3 incorrectly. The teacher valued the correct answers at 5
points and the incorrect answers at 10 points. The teacher said he did this because if
students read the assigned book, they should have answered every question correctly. My
grade was a 70% - this doesn't seem like a fair way to grade a test. What are your thoughts?

Completely unfair and bad measurement.
