Question

My math teacher hates me? Hello doctor, last semester in my dual
college class I wouldn't understand the homework and ended up
getting alot of 70s and 80s, but once the test rolled on I
understood it enough to score a A, I ended up passing the first
semester with a A in college but a B in high school (test grades
are only counted in college), this new semenster however, he know
treats test grades for high school as quiz grades resulting my
usual 90+ grade to skydown to a 82, I don't know what to do, I
recieved 7 grades where all were 90s expect 2 homework grades with
70s, I also passed all quizes with A+. Should I ask him to weight
test grades more? I hate that they are worth close to daily
assignments now.

I doubt that your math teacher hates you but I don't like his grading policy. Homework
has no place in grades and neither do quizzes if they are formative assessments. Based
on what you described only tests should be included in grades for college and high
school. The teacher should be able to see the absurdity of his grading policy given that
your college grade is higher than your high school grade.
